Sui Southern Gas Company is committed to bridge the gaps between academia and industry and put faith in fresh talent of the country and groom them under mentorship of experienced professionals through its “Emerging Leadership Program”.
In order to attract the young talent, SSGC HR recruitment team has participated in various job fairs during last three months. These job fairs were arranged by leading Business and Engineering universities. SSGC was provided with prominent location to setup the stall. SSGC stall received overwhelming response from the students who showed keen interest in SSGC.
The recruitment team briefed the students about the career opportunities available at SSGC with strong emphasis on “Emerging Leadership Program” (ELP), a two year management trainee program.
During these job fairs, SSGC HR team illuminated the corporate image of SSGC, the representatives informed the students and enlightened them with the fair and transparent recruitment processes and brilliant career advancement prospects at SSGC. ELP program will develop & engage these young graduates through on-job training which will develop a workforce of home grown talent that is fully able to understand the core values of the Company, and its objectives.
Soon many young and talented graduates, with zeal to perform and contribute in progress of the country, will be joining SSGC. All senior family members of SSGC are requested to guide them and facilitate them in their learning.
