In an important case in which culprit Suno was accused of damaging SSGC’s transmission line, assuming it was carrying oil, Gas Utility Court, Jamshoro after listening to forceful arguments of the SSGC Prosecutor, rejected the bail application of the accused and sent him behind bars. Suno was nominated in FIR lodged at P.S Bhan Jamshoro, in accordance with Gas Act, 2016.
