SS & CGTO Operation Wing along with SSGC Police conducted a joint raid on large scale Confectionery Works in Itehad Town, Karachi. The culprit was using gas directly through service line. Total connecting load was estimated at 100 Cft/hr. SSGC Police lodged an FIR against Abdul Bais. Appropriate claim is being raised.
Hon’able District and Sessions Court Karachi Central after hearing the prosecutor for SS&CGTO Karachi, dismissed Criminal Miscellaneous Application of Hamza Naveed Vs SSGC, for registration of counter FIR against SSGC officials, as SS&CGTO had already lodged FIR against the applicant in Police Station SSGC Karachi. The applicant/accused was caught using stolen gas for commercial purpose.
