SSGC’s Counter Gas Theft Intelligence Wing conducted two raids in Orangi Town, Karachi with SSGC Police as part of Operation Grift. In one case, gas was being used to feed 250 houses through fake distribution network. FIR was lodged against Momin Khan.
FIR was also lodged against Abdul Ahad who was using gas directly for power generation to run his embroidery unit. Total load was 425 cft/h. Quantum of loss is being raised.
