The 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SSGC was held at Arena in Karachi on December 29, 2023. A large number of SSGC’s shareholders attended the AGM.
The AGM was convened to transact among other businesses, consider the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2022, together with the Directors’ and Auditors’ Report.
Directors on the Board of SSGC, Imran Maniar, MD, SSGC, and Amin Rajput, DMD (F&A) and divisional and departmental heads participated in the meeting.
Shareholders discussed many facets of the Report and the Company’s financial and operational performance with the Directors and the management.
