SSGC’s Counter Gas Theft Operations (CGTO) Wing conducted a joint raid along with SSGC Police and Recovery Dept. at North Karachi. Gas was being used through direct rubber pipe for dyeing purposes. A heavy generator and burners were operative. Total load was 250 cft/hr. FIR has been lodged and appropriate quantum of loss is being raised.
SS and CGTO Department Hyderabad along with Distribution and CRD found gas being used directly for commercial purpose (boys hostel) by fixing clamp in main distribution line. Connected load was 100 Cft/Hr. Clamp was removed and line was repaired. FIR has been lodged at Hussainabad Police Station against the culprits.
