On a tip-off, SSGC’s Counter Gas Theft Operations’ Wing cracked down on Plot No. 26-27, Gwalior Cooperative Housing Society, Scheme-33, Karachi. The culprits had planned to illegally gasify the apartment building. Pipelines were already laid, ditching was in process and illegal service lines were all set to be installed.
It was revealed that ex-contractor of SSGC Jahanzeb was involved in the crime. All the equipments and pipes have been confiscated and FIR was been lodged against Jahanzeb.
