SSGC convened yet another edition of E-Kachehri or ruburu on October 27, 2023 for the customers of Karachi region. The open forum was held at the SSGC Head Office. Executives from concerned departments including Distribution, Billing, Customer Relations and Sales heard the customers’ complaints through live calls for quickest possible resolution.
Such online and in-person open forums are held across SSGC’s franchise areas, in accordance with PMDU’s directives for complaint redressal.
