SSGC convened yet another edition of e-kachehri or Ruburu at its Head Office today for the timely redressal of customers’ complaints. Imran Maniar, MD, SSGC and executives from concerned departments including distribution, billing and sales heard the customers complaints for quickest possible resolution.
Such online and in-person open forums are held across the Company’s franchise areas, in accordance with PMDU’s directives for complaint redressal.
