Honorable Gas Utility Court, Karachi East convicted 3 accused persons M. Faheem, M. Hussain and Salman wherein they have been sentenced till rising of court along with fine Rs. 5,000/- each after payment of theft claim worth Rs. 867,000/- to SSGC. The convicted persons were booked in FIR no 11/2020 at PS SSGC KARACHI on the charge of Direct Use of gas for electricity generation in Marriage Hall.
Syed Shabeer Shah DM/Prosecutor (Prosecution wing, SS&CGTO) contested the case.
