On 11-02-2020, Honorable Judge of Gas Utility Court/ District & Session Judge Sukkur, after argument of the prosecutor for SSGC, directed the accused Muhammad Azam Ansari, in Pre-Arrest Bail application, No. 122/2020, Muhammad Azam Ansari Vs. the State, to pay the theft claim of SSGC. The accused tempered the service line before regulator.
The accused paid theft claim of Rs. 297,052/ in the shape of pay order in favor of SSGC.
