JOB DETAILS:
Qualification & Experience:

MBA with at least 6 years of relevant experience or MPA with at least 8 Years relevant experience.

Specialization in Human Resources shall be given preference.

Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for smooth IR activities and maintain industrial peace throughout the Company
    • Plan activities relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations
    • Responsible for legal compliance of statutory requirement under Industrial Relations Ordinance, Factory Act and various other Labor Laws.
    • Assisting in Charter agreements / activities / processes.
    • Advise Management and CBA in development, application and interpretation of various labor laws, policies and practices.
    • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions
    • Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies
    • Provides counsel to workers regarding company and governmental policies, regulations, and procedures
