Qualification & Experience:

MBA with at least 4 years of experience or Masters (16 Years of Education) with at least 8 years of experience preferably in Oil and Gas Sector.

Responsibilities:

    Experienced in working with qualified travel agencies, car rental services, and vendors, ensuring smooth and hassle-free experiences with excellent customer service.

     

    • Possesses exceptional expertise in managing both international and domestic airlines, employing various methods to efficiently resolve complex travel itineraries.
    • Candidate must have IATA UFFTA Certificate.
    • Skilled in securing seat confirmations from airlines within tight timeframes.
    • Proficient in determining and arranging suitable accommodation options across multiple cities and countries, as well as coordinating transportation, including vehicles ranging from 1000cc to 2000cc, at the most competitive prices.
    • Strong organizational skills in managing international visas, extensions, and documentation for all countries, along with handling embassy and passport office procedures efficiently.
    • Diligently monitor official movements and programs, serving as the primary point of contact for all related matters, including booking air tickets, hotels, transportation, and reconciling operational costs to ensure efficiency.
    • Must have strong proficiency in Oracle Software commands to generate ERP reimbursements, including invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other supporting documents, as well as vendor bills (such as tickets, hotel, and car rental service invoices).
    • Maintain comprehensive records related to travel, accommodation, car rental services, management approvals, and bill copies, ensuring all arrangements have proper management authorization.
    • Must be a strategic thinker with a professional demeanor, maintaining a calm and rational approach in hectic situations.
    • Ensure employee travel is safe,  well organized, and in compliance with company policy.
    • Should have strong follow-up and coordination skills in emergency situations, even after office hours, on weekends, and during holidays, working closely with senior management, employees, and protocol officers until the completion of the official's journey.
    • To perform additional duties as and when assigned by the HoD.
