Engineering Graduate (Civil) or equivalent qualification with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in Oil and Gas Sector.
Responsibilities:
Project Supervision: Supervise small-scale construction and repair/maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Maintenance & Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of facilities and recommend repair and maintenance solutions to ensure safety and functionality.
Job Estimates: Prepare detailed BOQs, job estimates for construction and repair projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
Budget & Resource Oversight: Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure cost-effective execution.
Compliance & HSE: Ensure all civil works adhere to company policies, health, safety, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Problem Solving: Identify issues in construction or maintenance work and provide prompt solutions to minimize delays and risks.
Sustainability: Ensure all projects incorporate sustainable practices where applicable.
AutoCAD Proficiency: Use AutoCAD 2D / 3D features for drafting and reviewing floor plans, seating arrangements, and construction/maintenance plans.
