Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Chemical / Petroleum / Electronics with at least 04 years of post-qualification experience preferable in Oil and Gas / Public Sector.
Responsibilities:
Develop Annual Delivery Plans (ADP) in conjunction with other stakeholders keeping in view the downstream demand and upstream supplies of QG.
Develop revisions in regasification plan of EETPL terminal, as and when required, for smooth operations of the terminal.
Review LNG quality and quantity discharge report issued by Independent Surveyor and highlight ambiguities (if any).
Check the Monthly billing review report of EETPL terminal issued by the independent Consultant (SGS Gulf).
Compile, monitor and maintain data pertaining to LNG delivered, re-gasified volumes and daily retainage at the terminal.
Maintain the record and generate reports as and when required.
Determine and propose solutions with respect to inventory management plan in case of deviation to the already agreed schedule, RLNG off-take, forced terminal shutdown etc.
Maintain communication with the terminal operator to conduct smooth terminal operations.
Check on a daily basis inventory levels maintained in FSRU to ensure uninterruptible operations.
Work closely with terminal operator in dealing with outages at the terminal and development of contingency plans to minimize the impact on the regasification operations.
Maintain close coordination with Gas Control for smooth and uninterruptible RLNG supply chain operations.
Calculate estimated laytime of the upcoming vessels for the purpose of ensuring that laytime remains within the allowed/contractual limit to avoid liabilities including demurrage, Take-or-Pay etc.
Review the 90 days schedule shared by the LNG Supplier from operational perspective and work out the operational plan.
Perform any other task as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
