Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Chemical / Petroleum / Electronics with at least 06 years of post-qualification experience preferable in Oil and Gas / Public Sector.
Candidates having Master’s degree shall have an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that sufficient ullage remains available in FSRU tanks for safe receipt of LNGC within the allowable contractual laytime limit.
Development of consolidated Annual Delivery Program (ADP) in conjunction with stakeholders concerned after considering the LNG cargoes arrival schedule, terminal outages, and volumetric flow rate demand to meet the requirement of all stakeholders.
Manage the contract executed between SSGC and EETPL.
Ensure that Operator’s (EETPL) performance with respect to terminal operations are in line with the requirement of the contract.
Review and approve the regas plan in accordance with the 90 DS plan received from LNG supplier.
Take steps to safeguard SSGC’s contractual rights by ensuring that parties to the agreement are fulfilling their obligations as stipulated in the contract.
Finalize the annual reconciliation of Capacity and Utilization charges based on the tonnage processed in the contract year in accordance with the requirement of Amendment Agreement no.
04 to the LSA.
Calculate the availability of the terminal based on SSGC’s Nomination and Daily throughput by EETPL terminal for the purpose of processing monthly invoices and to ensure the availability requirement of the terminal as per LSA.
Conduct the Retainage and IMS audits of LNG terminal.
Prepare, maintain, and update LNG Risk Register (Operations & Contracts) so that critical risks may be highlighted and mitigated on a timely basis.
Oversee whole procurement process regarding Retainage audit & Operation and Safety Procedure (IMS) Audit of EETPL LNG Import terminal in the light of PPRA rules.
Maintain liaison with other stakeholders of the supply chain to ensure interrupted and smooth supply chain.
Review and finalize the maintenance plan of the LNG terminal.
Perform any other task as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
