JOB DETAILS:
Qualification & Experience:

MBA (Majors in Marketing) with at least 4 years of experience
Or
Masters in Mass Communication with minimum 08 years of experience in developing advertising strategies, handling advertising
agencies and relevant vendors. Must possess experience in event management.

Responsibilities:
    1. Assist in leading activities relating to liaison with user departments and external agencies to place routine company’s display advertisements, review content, suggest changes in design and obtain necessary approvals.
    2. Ensure advertisements are submitted to media section on a timely basis for placement in electronic, print and digital media.
    3. Assist in supervising strategy / design / development of banners, posters, standees, greeting cards, invitation cards, collaterals, promotional material etc.
    4. , as per requirements / briefs of various departments. Submit to supervisor for review, with cost estimates.
    5. Ensure effective coordination with advertisement agencies for production of TV Commercials and designing of media campaigns.
    6. Lead the process of advising stakeholders, ensuring that agency is clear on the requirements, monitoring campaign, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders and making suggestions to modify strategy.
    7. Review draft tenders / RFP for new projects, oversee pre-qualification process and make recommendation regarding selection of vendors.
    8. Ensure that vendors are briefed on quality assurance requirements and issues are addressed as and when required.
    9. Ensure the timely development of comprehensive ToRs for bidding of all mediums including print, electronic, digital, OOH, BTL, publications etc.
    10. , and later arranging bidding amongst SSGC’s prequalified advertising agencies.
    11. Stay up to date with changes in APNS / PID / PBA rules and regulations and guide team when changes are announced.
    12. Assist in identifying opportunities for co-branding of events, collaboration and joint promotions that is beneficial for SSGC and are in line with its vision.
    13. Guide the team to contact other corporations for collaboration purposes.
    14. Provide guidance in the selection of media to be used for various advertising activities including radio, television, print, digital etc.
    15. to maximize outreach to the target audience.
    16. Review vendor performance and decide to maintain or remove vendors from the approved list.
    17. Ensure coordination with Printing vendors for printing related matters, providing quantities and timelines for printing, budget etc.
    18. and forwarding document for printing.
    19. Liaise with Finance department to ensure payment to the vendors.
    20. Plan company-wide event management activities in order to ensure that events taking place are a success for the company.
    21. Ensure effective liaison and cost / quality negotiation process with vendors in order to ensure smooth event management activities.
    22. Supervise the team of event management in order to ensure smooth running of activities within the organization.
    23. Supervise the budgeting and invoicing of the events organized by the SSGC.
    24. Perform any other task assigned by immediate supervisor.
