JOB DETAILS:
The employment will be on contractual basis for three years, which may be renewed on discretion of the Management based on company’s requirement and individual’s performance.
Qualification & Experience:
MBA / Masters in Finance & Accounting with at least 8 years of post-qualification relevant experience in Risk Management or CA / ACMA / ACCA / CIMA / FRM / CFA with at least 4 years of relevant post qualification experience.
Responsibilities:
  • The job holder will be responsible for risk related activities of the organization, its employees, customers, reputation, assets and interests of stake holders.
  • The job holder will provide value addition in Risk Management Activities and Administer Risk management programs for SSGC related to governance, regulatory and operational, Risk.
  • Create and modify policies to comply with legislation and industry practices.
  • Establishes, maintains and communicates the organization's Enterprise Risk Management Framework, objectives and direction and provide guidance to achieve the ERM maturity model developed by the company.
  • Provide support to CRO for implementation of ERM Framework.
  • Recommends risk management policies, risk appetite and risk limits to Executive Management.
  • Designs, communicates and facilitates the use of appropriate Enterprise Risk Management methodologies, tools and techniques across the organization.
  • Controls enterprise-wide risk assessments and monitors priority risks across the organization.
  • Oversees, and in some areas implements, the planning of risk control actions for the organization's critical risks.
  • Arranges and conducts Risk Workshops for confirmation of the Risk Registers and for identifying risks and mitigation controls of Risks.
  • Provide guidance, coordination and subject matter expertise to business functions to ensure the implementation of the agreed risk management strategy.
  • Works with all functional groups to establish, maintain and continuously improve risk management capabilities.
  • Implements appropriate Risk reporting to the Executive Management and Board.
  • Conduct annual evaluations of the effectiveness of the Risk Management program and develop/modify goals as indicated.
  • Ensure that the corporate insurance programs are fully aligned with the company's Enterprise Risk Management strategy.
  • Manage relationships with external consultants and supervise work programs.
