Master’s in Supply Chain/Marketing/Finance preferably MBA with at least 04 years of experience. Or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Marketing/Finance preferably BBA with at least 07 years of experience
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the stores department.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and representatives of the user departments to accurately forecast inventory requirements.
Maintain a track on the inventory levels and take steps to ensure stock availability to meet operational requirements.
Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
Collaborate proactively with suppliers and vendors, emphasizing effective communication and negotiation strategies to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials.
Ensure accurate inventory record-keeping, reporting, and data integrity.
Conduct regular and thorough audits, demonstrating a dedication to maintaining precise stock records and promptly identifying and rectifying any discrepancies that may arise.
Analyze and present stores-related key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Implement best practices for efficient stores organization, storage, and materials handling.
Actively contribute to cost optimization initiatives and play an integral role in budget planning for the stores, demonstrating financial acumen and responsibility.
Drive process and technological improvements in stores management and inventory control.
Provide leadership and guidance to the stores team for seamless operations.
Identify and assess risks under their management/ownership.
Develop and implement risk response strategies for the risks under their management.
Monitor risks and response strategies under their management.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information provided for risk reporting.
