JOB DETAILS:
Qualification & Experience:

Engineering Graduate with at least 14 years’ relevant experience including experience of working in manufacturing or engineering concern.

Responsibilities:
    1. Overall plant management
    2. Manage Supply chain aspects as the location in-charge of meter plant stores, being responsible for inventory control
    3. Planning & management of production targets
    4. Labor management
    5. Business development (SSGC and SNGPL meters)
    6. Planning & forecasting
    7. Preparing budgets & gaining approval from the management
    8. Adherence to the quality management system
    9. Logistics arrangement
    10. To stay abreast with international quality standards & seek to achieve the same.
    11. Process & product improvement
    12. New products development
    13. Technology transfers with the help of OEMs
    14. Vendor development
    15. Upgrade existing equipment & machines
    16. General factory administration
    17. Financial Management
    18. Good inter department relations.
    19. To ensure succession planning by identifying, developing and maintaining pool of successors for key positions within the division / department.
    20. Foster and encourage continuous learning and development culture and encourage continuous education at all levels within the division / department.
