JOB DETAILS:
Qualification & Experience:

MBA with at least 6 years of relevant experience or MPA with at least 11 Years relevant experience.

Specialization in Human Resources shall be given preference.

Responsibilities:
    • Facilitate in strategies & plans for hiring and promotions in line with the current & future needs of SSGC.
    •  
    • Assist in preparing and updating annual succession plans and in identifying appropriate training & development needs for the designated employees.
    •  
    • Assist in arranging for the HR audits from the designated outside agencies and present its report with analysis & recommendations.
    •  
    • Prepare and share the data for annual budget of the section to the section head for review 
    • Assist the supervisor in developing compensation & benefits strategy in line with the overall business strategy of SSGC.
    • Coordinate to update system of Payroll to retrieve the data of Employees Master Information and Regular Pay /Allowances & Deduction from ERP.
    • Coordinate to incorporate various payments and adjustments in the Payroll System, process monthly payroll and submit to section head for review and approval.
    • Review draft deduction of income tax from income of every employee, check and issue of tax deduction certificates to Bank employees as per the organizational policy and share it to concern authorities.
    • Supervise and guide team to process requests received for issuance of Salary Certificate / Salary Slips / Income Tax Certificate / Tax assessment sheet are catered, ensure its timely process and share it to supervisor for approvals.
    • Coordinate and support internal and external auditors in conducting and finalizing audit of departmental activities and financial processes while providing them with related documentary evidence, which may require coordination from other departments as required and resolving queries.
    • Lead, and motivate the team members.
    • Undertake annual performance appraisals and provide the staff with feedback.
    • Guide team in maintenance and processing of claims for travel and corporate payments including travel allowance, travel agency payments, training and legal services expenses, health insurance etc.
    • after ensuring relevant documentation against claims are attached and are approved.
