Industrial and Commercial Section is a critical component of our operations, responsible for managing meter reading and billing processes. The efficient functioning of this section is paramount in meeting regulatory requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction. The responsibilities will be as follow:

• Ensure that gas meters are read accurately, bills generated promptly and minimize provisional billing.
• Comparison of manual Industrial reading with online Mazik Reading.
• Estimate and address faulty Meter claims, Compile and analyze survey and data findings
• Collaborate with Zonal Managers across Franchise Areas for resolving queries and arranging surveys 
• Ensure compliance of FBR and regulatory policies and procedure 
• Checking of each and every Bill before handing over to Bill Delivery Contractor.
• Disconnection and Reconnection of Defaulter Industrial Customers.
