Manager Industrial Recovery will be responsible for timely recovery of gas bills from customers to minimize financial risk to company. The responsibilities will be as follow:

• Regularly monitor and analyze the outstanding positions of Industrial customers.
• Plan and execute disconnection campaigns against defaulting Industrial customer 
• Oversee reconnection activities promptly upon receipt of payments
• Implement and manage installment and part-payment plans for Industrial customers 
• Keep track of legal cases related to outstanding payments from Industrial customers and provide necessary documentation for litigation matters.
• Develop MIS for management review and desired report for audit.
