MBA / MS or ACCA with at least 04 years of experience or Fresh ACMA
Responsibilities:
Review and finalize monthly meter reading plan of domestic, Industrial & commercial consumers with regards to each respective billing zone.
Review and finalize the billing plan for domestic, Industrial and commercial users & forward it to the IT department for uploading in the customer care & Billing (CC&B) application.
Supervise & monitor the conduct of pre-billing checks such as preparation of adjustments related to previous billing cycle (e.
g. as errors, missing meter readings etc.), meter reading, and post billing activity of the domestic, Industrial & commercial users.
Carry out due diligence of the section by acting as internal quality control check and overseeing internal & external audits of the section.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by Departmental Head
