Qualification & Experience:

ACCA or MBA (Finance) with at least 06 years of experience of Oracle Financial (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects.

Responsibilities:

    Candidate must have experience in Implementation of 1 full Lifecycle of Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects.  Understanding of business processes, its mapping with Oracle e-business is necessary. Candidate should be able to independently provide business solutions.  Must have Oracle Fusion knowledge. 

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in system strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit – gap analysis, as-is and to be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, testing, training documentation and end user training.
    •  
    • Setups related to Budgetary Control (Centralized and De-Centralized), Security and Cross-Validation Rules, FSG, Deprecation, Key and Descriptive Flex fields, Pro-rate Conventions, Mass Additions, Profile Options, Responsibilities, Menus, Users, Sequential Numbering etc.
    • Reconciliation cycles between subsidiary modules and General Ledger with understanding of Sub ledger Accounting (XLA)
    • Working knowledge of SQL and Integration with other systems via interfaces and working knowledge of APIs.

    • Forms Personalization for any additional control implementation not available in standard application.
    •  
    • Must be in reference to implementation of the Oracle Financials, Supply Chain and Oracle Projects module.
    •  
    • Ability to multi-task, have good time management, be able to service multiple projects, plan, and remain organized.
    •  
    • Effective written and verbal communications a must, ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
    •  
    • Independently handle all matter related to Oracle Financial modules (AR, AP, GL, FA), Supply Chain modules and Oracle Project Costing module.
    •  
    • Implementation of new modules, enhanced existing available functionalities and upgrade to new Oracle releases including with proper documentation.
    •  
    • Coordinate with end user department and other business users for day to day activities and ASAP amicable resolution of the issues.
    • Maintains knowledge of current and upcoming technologies.
    •  
    • Coordination with Oracle Support, System & Database Administration team.
    • Coordinate with Report development team for customized reports.
