Engineering Graduate preferably in Telecommunication / Electronics with at least 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
Plan, design, commission, and monitor complex telecommunication equipment and facilities and associated broadcasting equipment such as complex electronic switching systems, copper telephone facilities, video conferencing links, and fiber optics.
Perform day-to-day Telecom operations, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.
Coordinate and plan routine maintenance activities for Telecom systems and ensure timely fault resolution and upgrades in collaboration with the team.
Provide preliminary detailed telecommunications scope, estimates and specifications for senior management as required.
Assesses the telecommunications aspects of tenders against prescribed standards as required in support of management.
Undertakes preliminary technical investigations for telecommunications network commissioning issues as required.
Ensures that the telecommunications network records are updated following completion of a project.
Ensures formal handover procedure for telecommunications equipment in conjunction with the Assets and Operations.
Comply with the risk management framework.
Participate actively in risk management activities across the organization.
Ensure that key risks are identified, reported, recorded, and managed in a timely manner.
Receive appropriate training in risk management.
Perform any other task assigned by senior management.
