CA / ACMA with 6 years of post-qualification experience or ACCA with 9 years of experience. Knowledge of Regulatory Frame work will be considering as an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Supervising and oversee the compliance of SSGC’s license conditions, performance and service standards, OGRA Ordinance and other applicable laws.
Supervising and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Supervising in MIS data preparation of reports for senior management on consumer complaints.
Coordinate and response to Audit Para (s) for OGRA policies, Procedures, Rules, Laws etc.
and supervise regulatory and statutory obligations.
Ensure implementation of measures for improving the structure for complaints resolution and complaint management.
Achieve high professional and technical standards ensuring an up to date knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, guidance, standards and techniques.
Knowledge of Rules, Regulations and Ordinance and other applicable laws.
Ensure to Monitor risks and response strategies under their management.
Undertake any other assignment as instructed by senior management.
