Graduate with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
To answer / route telephone calls and provide information/assistance to the caller
To take phone or visitor messages and timely deliver to appropriate individual
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
To maintain schedule for meetings, internal/external appointments and travelling and coordinate accordingly with relevant department and individuals.
Relay the directives of management, instructions and assignment to executives
