JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to assist and work in all operation and maintenance tasks on SSGC Transmission Pipe Line for the smooth and uninterrupted supply of natural gas. Responsibility is to perform operation and maintenance of MPL-I installation etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure operation and maintenance of MPL-I, maintain ROW, Leak Survey, Vehicle Patrolling, Minor Civil Repair, Paint on Installation.
 
2. Analyze the system for any troubleshooting and pressure limits in the system and support in activities of pipeline operation & maintenance
3. Keep adequate vigilance of pipeline right of way and civil maintenance work and assist in installation & commissioning tasks on the network
4. Provide technical assistance to the team for completion of tasks on time
5. Under direction of higher-level engineers, develop, revise and maintain construction and operating procedures and standards to meet safety, regulatory and reliability needs.
6. Interface with and support Planning & Development, SCADA, and Corrosion Control.
7. Comply with the risk management framework.
8. Participate actively in risk management activities in the area.
9. Ensure that key risks are identified, reported, recorded and managed in a timely manner.
10. Receive appropriate training in risk management.
11. Perform daily administration jobs related to HQs.
12. Maintain HQ installations with regards minor repair and part job.
13. Follow HSE procedures being HSE zonal team leader.
14. Perform any other task assigned by senior management.
