JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to provide strategic direction and technical leadership for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and amenities. To ensure optimal functionality, efficiency, and compliance with international standards in both HVAC and amenities services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and implement strategic plans for HVAC and amenities services, aligning initiatives with organizational objectives to provide technical expertise to shape the overall strategic direction of the department.
2. Oversee the technical operations and maintenance of HVAC systems and amenities within the organization and provide technical guidance to the team for efficient functioning and development of HVAC and amenities infrastructure.
3. Lead and manage projects related to HVAC and amenities, ensuring adherence to timelines and defined objectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate HVAC and amenities projects seamlessly.
4. Implement and enforce quality control measures in HVAC and amenities-related processes to ensure precision and compliance to uphold international standards for HVAC and amenities services.
5. Manage budgets associated with HVAC and amenities services, controlling costs within agreed parameters to ensure financial efficiency while meeting operational requirements.
6. Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance and challenges and maintain comprehensive records for reference, audit, and compliance purposes.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for enhancing HVAC and amenities infrastructure in collaboration with the team to ensure the reliability and sustainability of services.
8. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and international standards in HVAC, lifts, and amenities-related operations and implement and enforce safety measures to create a secure working environment.
9. The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
10. The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
11. Undertake any other assignment as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
