Responsibilities:

    JOB SUMMARY

    The role of Deputy Chief Manager – North Billing, is to oversee and optimize the billing processes within the Northern Region. The job holder is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely generation of invoices, managing billing disputes, and implementing efficient billing systems. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, he will contribute to revenue enhancement strategies and identify opportunities for process improvements.

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Supervise and lead the North Billing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
    2. Ensure the accurate and timely generation of invoices, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards within Sukkur/Larkana/Nawabshah/Quetta regions.

    4. Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly.
    5. Implement and maintain efficient billing systems, continuously optimizing processes for maximum effectiveness.
    6. Develop and analyze billing reports to provide insights into revenue trends and identify areas for improvement.
    7. Work closely with IT teams to implement technological solutions for enhancing billing operations.
    8. Conduct regular training sessions for the billing team to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
    9. Engage in strategic planning to contribute to revenue enhancement initiatives and cost-saving measures.
    10. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their billing-related queries and concerns professionally.
    11. The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
    12. The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
    13. Undertake any other assignment as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
