    JOB SUMMARY

    MBA from an HEC recognized university with at least 9 years of experience    The role of Chief Manager is to manage billing operations in the Industrial/Commercial sector in Hyderabad billing region. The position holder is responsible for operational excellence, team management, client relationship management, regulatory compliance, performance analysis, cross-functional collaboration, technology integration and budget management.

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Manage billing operations within the Industrial/Commercial sector, in Hyderabad region, aligning with organizational objectives.
    2. Oversee and optimize billing processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
    3. Lead and mentor a team of billing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
    4. Collaborate with Industrial and Commercial clients, addressing their billing needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
    5. Ensure strict adherence to billing regulations, standards, and industry best practices within the Industrial/Commercial sector.
    6. Conduct regular analysis of billing performance metrics, identifying trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
    7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, customer service, and regional managers, to align billing operations with overall business goals.
    8. Explore and implement technology solutions to enhance billing systems, automation, and data analytics for improved operational efficiency.
    9. Contribute to budget planning and control, optimizing resources and ensuring cost-effectiveness in billing operations within the Hyderabad North Billing region.
    10. The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
    11. The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
    12. Undertake any other assignment as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
